PCAT-1 TWO COLONIAL JEWELS: SUCRE AND POTOSI (3 DAYS 2 NIGHTS)

Day 1: Transfer in from the airport. Lunch at a local restaurant. Half day city tour .  Overnight in Sucre.
Day 2: Breakfast. Departure to Potosi. Half day city tour in Potosí visiting the mint, and a colonial convent. Lunch at San Marcos, an old metal Mill turned into a very unusual restaurant. Visit to a Cooperative Mine and return to Sucre. Overnight in Sucre
Day 3: Breakfast. Transfer out.

PCAT-2 HISTORY AND FOLKLORE IN SUCRE AND POTOSI (4 DAYS 3 NIGHTS)

Day 1: Transfer in from the airport. City tour H/D. Lunch at a local restaurant. Departure to Potosi. Overnight in Potosi.
Day 2: Breakfast. Visit to a cooperative mine. Lunch at San Marcos, an old metal mill turned into an unusual restaurant. Half day city tour  in Potosi visiting the mint and the convent of Santa Teresa. Return to Sucre. Overnight.
Day 3: Breakfast. Full day visit to Tarabuco. Attendance to the Indiagenous market. Lunch at our restaurant "El Horno". Return to Sucre. Overnight

OPTIONAL

A.- Extension to Hacienda Candelaria, to visit the weavers in their homes and the colonial Hacienda.
B.-  Traditional clothes display showing colorful textiles and dinner.
Day 4: Breakfast. Visit to the dinosaur footprints. Transfer out.

PCAT-3 HISTORY FOLKLORE AND NATURE (5 DAYS 4 NIGHTS)

Day 1: Transfer in from the airport. City tour H/D. Overnight
Day 2: Breakfast. Full day visit to Potosi, including a  cooperative mine. Lunch at San Marcos, an old metal mill turned into an unusual restaurant. Half day city tour in Potosi, visiting the mint and the Convent of Santa Teresa. Return to Sucre. Overnight.
Day 3: Breakfast. Full day visit to Tarabuco. Attendance to the Indiagenous market.  Continue to Candelaria. Countryside lunch at the Hacienda. Visit to the villager´s homes to see how people live and work. Visit to the colonial Hacienda. Return to Sucre. Overnight
Day 4: Breakfast. Visit to the indigenous village of Potolo or Maragua. Afternoon return to Sucre. Overnight

OPTIONAL

A.- Hike on the Inca Rail or to the Pictographs of Inacamachay and Pumamachay
B.- Show and dinner with display of different bolivian dances and costumes.

PCAT-4 SUCRE-POTOSI – UYUNI -CANDELARIA

Day 1: Transfer in. Half day city tour. Overnight.
Day 2: Breakfast. Full day visit to Potosi, including a cooperative mine. Lunch at a local Restaurant. Half day city tour in Potosi, visiting the National Mint and the Convent of Santa Teresa. Overnight
Day 3: Transfer from Potosí to Uyuni, seeing on route the villages of Porco and Pulacayo.
Drive from Uyuni to Colcahni where the process for making salt is seen. Visit to the montones de sal and the Ojos del Salar. Drive to Incahuasi Island, walk on the island and after lunch return to Uyuni.
Overnight in Uyuni.
Day 4: After breakfast, return t Potosí and Sucre with lunch on route.
Overnight in Sucre.
Day 5: Early departure from Sucre to the southeast of Sucre to the indigenous villaje of Candelaria, passing by Tarabuco.
Arrival to Candelaria and visit to the local community museum and the villagers homes, wher they work on their textile production.
Visit to the colonial Hacienda ( storage rooms, chapel, orchards).
Typical countryside lunch. Return to Sucre at the end of the afternoon.
Overnight.
Day 6: Breakfast and departure transfer

PCAT-5 COPACABANA-SUN ISLAND 2D/ 1N

Day 1: Pick up from your hotel at 07:30 A.M. Departure at 08:00 A.M.
Transfer by bus to the Sanctuary of Copacabana to enjoy lunch in Khota Kahuana Restaurant at Hotel Rosario del Lago. Board the
motorboats to the Island of the Sun. On this legendary island, visit the Pilkokaina Inca Palace and enjoy a short walk or sail to the Gardens,
Stairs and Fountain of the Inca. As we ascend to Yumani village, we have a magnificent view of the lake set to the backdrop of Mount
Illampu. By night, enjoy Lake Titicaca’s delicious trout at Hotel Rosario del Lago. (L, D)

Day 2: After breakfast, visit the beautiful baroque-Moorish style Virgen de la Candelaria church and the handicraft market. You can climb to
the Calvary, where one may witness the synthesis of native religious beliefs and Christianity in the rituals of the Yatiris or priests. Concentration in the Rosario del Lago loby at 13:00 P.M. Departure at 13:30 P.M. (B)

As we ascend to Yumani village, we have a magnificent view of the lake set to the backdrop of the Royal Range.From Yumani, four hours walk along the Inca paths, running the island south to north, en route enjoying a packed lunch and the marvelous views of the lake, arriving mid-afternoon to Chinkana Inca Temple or Labyrinth and the Sacred Rock.
